Practical Tips For Women and More

Before I had kids, I could sleep anytime, anywhere and in any condition. I thought I could even sleep standing up. Unfortunately, it all changed after I had kids. I became such a light sleeper; a little sound and or a little light would wake me up.

For me, light is worse than sound, because with sound I can easily fall back asleep, but with light, I just stay awake. After a little bit of research I found out that light sends signals to your body that it is time to wake up.

Our bedroom is very bright. It is so bright that it gets really hot in summer. I know that we should install  light blocking curtains, but somehow we never get around to do it. So, I figured that a sleeping mask is a lot cheaper and simpler.

I found Dream Essentials sleep mask from a magazine; it was one of the recommended products. I decided to give it a try, and I could not be happier with it. It allows me sleep better, and I feel like I have more deep sleep than before.

The mask is thick and totally blocks light. However, although it is thick it does not make my face sweaty at all. It is made of breathable materials so it feels really comfortable on the eyes. I used to think that sleep masks are uncomfortable and not effective because of the bad experience I had with cheap “airplane” type sleep masks.

I promise you, Dream Essentials’ sleep masks are nothing like that, they feel so luxurious and comfortable. It’s like having a comforter especially for your eyes. I use this sleep mask every day, at night as well as during the day (because I’m lucky enough to be able to take nap every day). I even bring them when I travel. I don’t think I can sleep without them anymore! Dream Essentials’ sleep masks come in different shapes and designs and they also have therapeutic masks. If you want to sleep better, get yourself your own Dream Essentials sleep mask!  They are having a sale right now!
