French Country Side – romantic vacation in France

Posted by editor On July - 14 - 2008

When I think of France I think of romance, but not romance in a country much more of a city. The city of Paris, where the Eiffel Tower rest, and a walk under glittering moon light near the Seine river or perhaps a romantic dinner cruise along this river bank. Then the walk on Champs Elysees or Rue Cler, and a time spen in a Luxembourg Castle and Gardens.

Well enough of that Notre Dame, Arc de Triumphe and all things near Paris, with seeing this pictures -Thanks to geniusbeauty.com for taking and sharing this beautiful French country side pictures with all of us (need to see more pictures? click here) – I come to realize how the beautiful romantic country-side romance should feel. Like spending time walking along the mountain, the field, enjoying views of small town in vast landscape – just magnificent.

Anyone interested in France maybe should check out this useful link on hotelscheap.org, it provide information about hotels and stay as well as places to look at.

Bulgari being the famous brand in jewelry market now branching its hotel properties outside Milan, creating one that is very private and beautiful in Bali, Indonesia.

Blending the traditional Balinese style with contemporary Italian design, the Bulgari Resort in Bali is located near the village of Pecatu and the stunning cliff top site of the Pura Luhur Uluwatu Temple, on the island’s far southwestern tip. Uniquely positioned at more than 150 meters above the sea shore, the resort offers unrivalled views across the Indian Ocean. Nestled between the cliff and the ocean, a 1.5 kilometer long beach is accessible only through the resort’s inclined elevator.

Designed by architects Antonio Citterio and Partners, the 59-villa resort reflects a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Balinese design while conveying the distinctive Bulgari Italian style.

I think personally it’s a very intimate and perfect romantic setting for a special couple vacation however each night will cost roughly at about $1,500 for each villa.

After seeing Kobayashi (approximately 145 pounds) win the 2002 Nathan’s contest, Thomas realized a smaller stature was not an impediment to being a world-class eater, and entered the competitive eating circuit. In her first contest, the June 2003 Nathan’s qualifier held at the Molly Pitcher rest stop on the New Jersey Turnpike, her tally of 18 hot dogs took first place and enabled her to compete in the July 4th competition held at Coney Island. Her total of 25 hot dogs there broke the women’s record set three years earlier by Takako Akasaka, the dominant female in Japanese competitive eating.

5. David O’Karma

A painting contractor from Akron, Ohio, who owns the world doughnut eating title (30 donuts in 5:28), David started competitive eating at age 15 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, at Church’s Chicken on Portage Trail. He ate 13 sweet potato pies in one minute to become the WCUE Sweet Potato Pie-eating Champion. From there he entered the Houlihan and Big Chuck Show’s Pizza Fight of the Century and became the only ‘human” to defeat the legendary Mariano “Mushmouth” Pacetti

Years back before the first all glass underwater restaurant named Ithaa established in Maldives, people already think about underwater / undersea structure for a restaurant establishment. The ‘Red Sea Star’ restaurant located in Eliat Israel was built in 1998. The interior encorporates really nice underwater detail design elements created by ayala serfaty from Aqua Creation.

The Red Sea Star enables you to “sense the sea” through a “dry diving experience” and to discover the magnificent and exciting underwater world of the Red Sea. A breathtaking view of hundreds of various tropical sea creatures in the colorful coral garden is seen through 62 panoramic amorphous windows surrounding the observatory, located five meters below the sea level.

The Red Sea Star is probably the only night-observatory in the world. Our guests enjoy the rare sight of the aquatic kingdom at night, when the underwater garden is softly lit, without disturbing the natural inhabitants.

The Red Sea Star is a “green” project. Our marine life experts and skilled divers have been working for years to save, reconstruct, preserve and nurture the coral reef surrounding the project.

This gorgeous underwater shot is the Red Sea Star Restaurant. It looks out in to the coral reef in the tropical resort city of Eilat, Israel. The reef-restaurant combination was actually established by the restaurant management. To get the reef started, they built an iron meshwork and translated many species of broken coral colonies to it. What an awesome place to go and have dinner when you just happen to be traveling through Isreal for the week.

Underwater dining experience at Hiton Maldives

How do you like to dine with fishes all around you? It sounds good to me! You can do it at the world’s first all-glass undersea restaurant in Hilton Maldives.

The Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa has recently opened the Ithaa Undersea restaurant, which is indeed underwater. A blogger at Table of Malcontents seemed rather disgusted at the prospect of dining in an establishment where there were fish swimming around everywhere, but personally I think it’d be pretty cool. The cuisine is described as “Maldivian-Western fusion,” which sounds good to me as long as there’s some tasty calamari on the menu.

The Ithaa Restaurant sits 15 feet below the Indian Ocean, surrounded by the beautiful coral reef. It is encased in clear acrylic, offering diners 270 degrees of panoramic underwater views. The restaurant is reached by a wooden walkway from the nearby over-water Sunset Grill Restaurant, and seats just 14 people for an exclusive dining experience.

Dinner in the sky

Here’s another extraordinary invention of humankind: dinner in the sky. When I first come across the idea I thought of it rather amazing and twisted at the same time, just because there’s no comfort of nice warm cosy ambiance there and there’s no convenient toilet (I imagine that must be hard for long hours) however you wouldn’t get awesome panoramic views harnessed in seats that swivel 180 degrees, suspended via a crane anywhere else except in dinnerinthesky.com

By Jayne Clark, USA TODAY
Here’s a dining concept that’ll make your head — if not your stomach — spin: It’s dinner at a table suspended 165 feet in the air with chairs that swivel 180 degrees.
Dubbed Dinner in the Sky, the attraction is making its U.S. debut Monday in Orlando at the annual International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions convention. About 25,000 attendees are expected at the one-stop-shopping event, where the amusement industry rolls out new thrill rides and related products.
The high-flying dining venue was introduced in Europe last year and consists of a platform suspended from a crane. Guests are harnessed into 22 seats, with space in the center for a chef and two helpers. With local officials’ blessings, the platform can be transported to just about anywhere the crane can maneuver. One recent spot: in front of the Amiens Cathedral in France, with dinner prepared by a three-star Michelin chef.

The restaurant belongs firmly in the special-occasion category, and the cost for eight hours is about $11,444 not including the catering!!
